ANZ Spectrum Program

The ANZ Spectrum Program aims to employ people with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) in ANZ's technology team. Our goal was to educate staff and create momentum surrounding the Spectrum Program to give it the best chance of going ahead in early 2018. We created a character named Alex who has autism and is going through the program as the recognizable face of the campaign. Alex was initially introduced in an animation and later featured in lift ads and email footers. My responsibilities included designing Alex's character and creating the animation using Adobe After Effects.
